'Unforgettable' this word keep looping in my mind after visiting The Ocean in Repulse Bay. (Run by Le Comptoir, who also bring us Bibo and Tri.) .▶️The XO, King prawn, Black Garlic didn't disappointed me. Perfectly cook with the proper amount of Tom yum Kung Soup and XO sauce. King prawn is fresh with a superior quality and the Black garlic is gooey-soft and taste sweet! .▶️And, What a wonderful presentation of the tuna tartare?
