The Location: The place under review is located on the 118th floor of Hong Kong’s International Commerce Center (in short: ICC, in Chinese: 環球貿易廣場). ICC comprises many offices mainly being financial institutions (Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, etc.). In 2014, ICC was Hong Kong’s tallest building with its 484 meters and its 118 stories; ICC is situated in West Kowloon (MTR station: Kowloon Station) and faces Hong Kong’s second largest building, the International Finance Center (in short: IFC) bei
The Place: Ozone is part of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Group. In order to reach the 118th floor, one must take two different elevators. The trip up there was easy and surprisingly fast (once your ears pop, you know you almost made it!).
Ozone is an amazingly modern and stylishly decorated bar with restaurant. When dining at Ozone, one better book a table in advance if the dinner ought to be enjoyed at the roofless bar area where one can make the best of the places’ mere advantage – the amazing 180+ degree view of the Victoria Harbour over to Hong Kong Island plus all surrounding areas. I personally believe that it is best to visit Ozone earlier on in the evening to enjoy the last moments in sunlight and see the sun go down.
The Food & Beverage: we decided to have evening snacks and drinks at Ozone. We tried food up and down the menu having started with fresh Oysters, fried Calamares, Sushi, Sashimi, fancies veggies, all along with a little bit of Champagne, some Longdrinks, and some Cocktails.

The Price: The food and the beverages were really unique and devine; the atmosphere was vibrant; the music was loungey and young; the lighting was comfortable and charming; the furniture was chic, classy, modern and matching each other perfectly; the view was absolutely breathtaking; but ~ the service was not good - it took the staff way too long to serve us and, moreover, they forgot half of the stuff we ordered so we had to follow up and make really sure to get what we wanted and were charged for; the prices were pretty high – obviously established according to Ritz-Carlton standards and the locations in which we were in – I get it, however, it would have been easier to walk out of this place after only having had a few snacks and drinks (….and we honestly remained hungry and were not even tipsy when we left) had the service been better; we were 5 people and paid over 6,000HKD;
The Bottom-Line: the location was breathtaking, the cocktails were divine, the food was innovative and pretty good, the other guests were classy and well-behaved - all in all - it was a great experience; the service, however, needs to improve for the prices they charge. I’ll be back for a Dragontini at sunset, not sure whether I want to spend so much money for snacks again that did not even slightly managed to fill me up ;-) Cheers!!!!
Other Info. :
