I don’t normally write reviews but this dining experience was beyond horrible. Made a reservation to have lunch on mothers day only to find out upon arrival we have to sit outside with a huge black fan right next to table. Who on earth would want to celebrate mothers day in the hot humid heat in hong kong, sat next a big fan that will just blow dust and dirt onto our food?!?!? Made a reservation to have lunch on mothers day only to find out upon arrival we have to sit outside with a huge black fan right next to table. Who on earth would want to celebrate mothers day in the hot humid heat in hong kong, sat next a big fan that will just blow dust and dirt onto our food?!?!? The manager even had the guts to say..... “its not hot, we have a fan and I would sit outside also”. Is there any consideration about the customer experience at all?!? Its just very upsetting knowing it is mothers day and yet the manager thinks there is no problem at all. We will never come back again and would never recommend anyone to come either. A terrible restaurant, terrible customer service and lack of consideration. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR IMPORTANT CELEBRATION. I would give zero star if I can.
