Fast forward to a year later, I find myself craving poke. I payed over $150 for a regular sized bowl of poke which is rather absurd considering the amount you would typically pay for a decent bowl of poke in the US. Similarly, I think it should be noted that they don’t even serve sushi rice with the poke, instead, they offer WARM, steamed, HARD white rice. I personally believe that the most important aspect of any sushi dish is the rice quality, which was just terrible in this case. This to me, just broke the whole dish.

There are many other cheaper and better options for poke in Hong Kong. I never write OpenRice reviews, but I really feel that writing this is necessary as I’ve never been this unsatisfied with any other restaurant.
