To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣很好的日子，來到灣仔頭找吃的環境地點小店在修頓旁的汕頭街，不算難找；店子門面甚具風格，頗感可愛店內裝潢是日式小店格區，座位不多，過半數席位是單人BAR座，但也有少量一般雅座食物品評不分時段，店內只有一種MENU基本就是主打的三色蛋包飯，也配有少量小菜及飲品選擇咖哩濃茄汁蛋包飯 ($78)選了招牌三色蛋包飯，滑蛋確是做得不錯，蛋汁很滑，帶有濃郁牛油味，但單拌飯吃口味較寡，還好兩款醬汁份量很多！豚肉咖哩汁味道較甜，是一般日式咖哩味，不過不失；反倒是牛肋濃茄汁相當驚喜，醬汁牛肉味十分香濃，相當美味！同場加映自家製拌飯辣油 ($0)真心可惜發現得太晚！這個辣油口味很像我們的XO醬，但膩度較底，辣度更高，拌飯真是一流！！總括來說，這家小店環境地點都屬OK，食物有品質，價錢屬一般，值得一試！
