Having the loaded salad for the second time (I had kale last time, that was even better!), I picked croutons, sunflower seeds, and roast chicken this time and some extra beetroot spread with honey mustard dressing for a twist! Had it on a Sunday and there was only one staff working who couldn’t attend all of the foodies at once even though she tried (took a bit too long for an order). KNEAD could staff up a bit perhaps
