To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期來了金鐘The Upper House出席了The Luxe Nomand香港酒店預訂網站的發佈會,活動完結後來了Dolce 88看看有沒有有新甜品,這時才發現這裡剛換上了新的行政餅廚Ryan Zimmer,他也帶來蛋款新蛋糕,這天試了其中一款蛋糕Amedei Chocolate and Salted Caramel Bomb,期後相約了朋友再來吃下午茶,多試另外六款,每款價錢都是$48。先來是White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake,白朱古力南瓜芝士蛋糕,薄薄一層白朱古力醬包著芝士蛋糕,白朱古力味甜味不太明顯,芝士味中也有點南瓜味。餅底的肉桂味道很重,整體把芝士味都蓋過,不過口感鬆脆,只是味道能調整一下就較好。Guanba Honey Panna Cotta,蜜糖奶凍,起初以為是蜜糖味的奶凍,但原來是原味奶凍加上士多啤梨醬及蜜糖脆脆。奶凍質感挺實,奶味濃郁,配上酸酸的士多啤梨醬,味道怡人,但蜜糖脆脆沒有甚麼甜品,整體配搭跟常吃的奶凍差不多,不算十分特別。以前來這裡吃的檸檬撻是挺不錯的,酸味足夠又自然,撻底口感鬆脆,是好吃的。新餅廚來點創新,把熱情果加

以前來這裡吃的檸檬撻是挺不錯的,酸味足夠又自然,撻底口感鬆脆,是好吃的。新餅廚來點創新,把熱情果加入香蕉蓉來造餡,Passionfruit Banana Meringue Tart,熱情果香蕉蛋白撻。熱情果酸中帶點蕉甜,味道也相夾,但酸味個人認為可再重點,撻底依然帶牛油芳香,這款蛋糕是這天嚐試過的較好吃的一款。

Chestnut Mont Blanc,栗子蒙布郎蛋糕,厚厚的栗子蓉內是海綿蛋糕及忌廉,栗蓉質感不太輕柔,可以造得更滑溜,而味道上栗蓉頗甜,多吃數口已感到甜膩。若不太愛吃太甜的朋友,也要想想是否選這個來吃。

Caramel Apple Mille Foglie,焦糖蘋果拿破侖,想用叉來切開一小角來吃時,酥皮較難分開,夾著的蘋果忌廉全也擠了出來,令到場面頗為恐怖。酥皮味道不太香,少許脆而帶韌性,蘋果味微甜,不見焦糖踪影,整體很一般。

Black Sesame Forest,黑芝麻森林蛋糕,傳統的黑森林蛋糕,把芝麻蛋糕取化了朱古力蛋糕底,吃著也有芝麻味,中間夾著的忌廉及酒漬櫻桃,味道就不太討好,是極為濃烈的藥水味,實在非我喜愛。

Amedei Chocolate and Salted Caramel Bomb,意大利朱古力焦糖炸彈,半圓形的蛋糕上放了朱古力裝飾,濃郁的朱古力漿包著幼滑的朱古力慕絲,中心也有點焦糖味,但味道不夠突出,還有不少爆炸糖,令口感豐富。而底下的朱古力海綿蛋糕比較乾身,連續吃了兩次也是同樣情況,若蛋糕質感可以改善的話,會更加好吃。

除了蛋糕,也吃了一個蘋果酥,經過烘熱後的酥皮質感較腍身,帶點韌性,又不太酥香。但內裡的蘋果蓉味道還好,酸中帶甜。

由於蛋糕都只是推出不久,味道上也仍會有點調整,或會再推出新款式。
