Lovely Packaging but NASTY food!

We ordered lunch from delivery.com as they are doing a 15% off early bird special. If you order from their early bird menu before 12:30pm, you get 15% off. My office is in Admiralty and we ordered from their new Wanchai branch. My colleague and I had the Nagasaki noodle, which consists of (according to the description from the website) - cold somen noodles, with a almond crusted chicken in ponzu sauce, served with home made spicy kimchi, seaweed, cucumber and shallots. It came in a paper bowl with very nice graphics and a seperate plastic cup containing a tiny amount of kimchi and pickled radish.

The noodle was overcooked. It was soggy and stuck together into 1 big piece of wet dough. I could not mix it with the other ingredients and sauce as it was so sticky. The chicken (breast) pieces looked like any ordinary fast food style katsu fried chicken. With not a single piece of almond in sight. It was dry and tasteless. The crust was cold and soggy (probably from the wet somen). It was like chewing a piece of rubber.

It looked nothing like the photograph in their online menu. There were some dried up cucumber shreds but thats about it.
Grant it I did not eat the noodles at their restaurant immediately after it was cooked (or more like assembled) but still it should not be this bad. Do they not have quality control? Or do they have different standards for eat-in and (early bird) delivery orders?
Am not sure how they can justify charging $82 for a bowl of sub-standard inedible noodles like that. Even with the 15% off it was still $70. At the end I threw out the entire bowl and went out to buy myself something else for lunch.
HUGE disappointment and def. will not go back again.
