 Very rude owner. I called tonight to make a reservation for 8 people. I was informed of a deposit which is very reasonable. but when I inquired about the cancellation policy, the woman said rudely that there isn't one. and if I was sure I should call back when I am, before I can clarify, she abruptly hung up on me! At first, I worried it was a bad connection with my mobile phone so I called back. They did not pick up for a LONG TIME. When my call was finally answered, it was a different person.

 Very rude owner. I called tonight to make a reservation for 8 people. I was informed of a deposit which is very reasonable. but when I inquired about the cancellation policy, the woman said rudely that there isn't one. and if I was sure I should call back when I am, before I can clarify, she abruptly hung up on me! At first, I worried it was a bad connection with my mobile phone so I called back. They did not pick up for a LONG TIME. When my call was finally answered, it was a different person. I tried to see if it was a misunderstanding that I got hung up on, the man proceeded to explain that it was a "misunderstanding" and followed by telling me a cancellation period with refund is 2 weeks. At this point I got really upset, that means the woman intentionally and rudely hung up on me mid-sentence. I asked if a staff member can be so rude, the man stayed silent awkwardly. I asked if she was the boss then, the man finally reluctantly admitted. 
There, ladies and gentleman,  an owner who doesn't care to find out about their own cancellation policy nor care about whether someone wants to go or not doesn't deserve our patronage.
