I was very looking forward to trying out their wagyu beef noodles and based on the positive reviews I thought I was in for a treat. Little did I know I was going to be so disappointed! I went for the lunch set that came with a snack, I chose spring rolls. When I ordered, I suddenly saw you can add on noodles for an additional $8 so I immediately asked to add that. I was so surprised that the waiter replied “you already ordered so you can’t add anything” 😦😦😦. I politely told him, I’m sure you can
I went for the lunch set that came with a snack, I chose spring rolls. When I ordered, I suddenly saw you can add on noodles for an additional $8 so I immediately asked to add that. I was so surprised that the waiter replied “you already ordered so you can’t add anything” 😦😦😦. I politely told him, I’m sure you can do it and he looked so annoyed but he did walk to the kitchen to help add the extra noodles. That’s the first incident that led me to question this place. When my spring roll arrived, I was horrified the middle was still ice cold, it was inedible. I asked the waiter to change it, already taking to account he’s got a bad service attitude and he didn’t even acknowledge anything and just walked away with the plate of spring roll.
Finally when the noodles arrived, it was all stuck together, I ordered the wide rice noodles and it was impossible to separate it. It was all in all one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
It’s safe to say I will never ever go back. I never write these reviews but I thought I should save you all a trip to a disappointing meal and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
