I first heard about Soft Creme at Clockenflap last year in 2014. Flamed bacon cereal milk soft serve, you say? Yes please! The mix of sweet and savory is somewhat bizarre yet surprisingly complementing. The cereal milk soft serve is exactly the taste of the milk left over in the bowl after you have finished your cornflakes. The novelty of it has also brought me back with friends on multiple occasions to the Tai Hang store to try the other flavours they have.

Macaron & Cinnamon with Hokkaido Milk: A blend of delicious creaminess with a hint of sugar and spice.

Caramelized cornflakes: Nice and crunchy but for me it's not as exciting once you've tried the flamed bacon.

Gianduia chocolate with Himalayan Salt: The liquid chocolate solidifies on the ice cream with a pinch of salt. I'm a sucker for all things dark chocolate with a touch of salt so I'm giving this one a thumbs up.

Bailey's S'mores (limited time): Marshmallow, chocolate and Bailey's. What's not to like? The soft serve is actually Bailey's flavoured (as opposed to the liqueur just being poured on top)!

Oh not to mention all soft creme flavours served in a cup has dry ice in the bottom compartment giving it a dramatic, smoky look, but its innovation and great combination of flavours are no longer a mystery to any.

P.S. If you are here for the first time, get the Flamed Bacon, hands down!
