Tried this place for brunch today and boy did I regret it big time! We ordered a big breakfast and eggs Benedict. Big breakfast - sausage, beans tasted alright. Bacon tasted average. They used the cheap eggs for the scrambled eggs which made it taste disgusting. Eggs Benedict - one of the worst I've ever had in Hk. Per attached photo, it looks like someone with zero kitchen training cooked it. Eggs and spinach overcooked. ALL the ingredients , ie eggs (the yolk tasted so terrible it woke me up b

Eggs Benedict - one of the worst I've ever had in Hk. Per attached photo, it looks like someone with zero kitchen training cooked it. Eggs and spinach overcooked. ALL the ingredients , ie eggs (the yolk tasted so terrible it woke me up better than a shot of coffee) old spinach, ham, were of inferior quality I did not expect from a restaurant at this level.
