It was Easter and everywhere were full of tourist in tung Chung , it was so difficult for lunch. lucky we didn't need to wait too long time only in pizza express... prehaps hk tourist would like to try new restaurant instead of chain restaurant if they came from far away. We ordered a salmon pizza, the pizza was not a round pizza... there is no bread in the centre. The hole was covered by the cheese to make you not see though the plate, but it was so sad the slice of pizza was not a triangle...

The cheese after cook was not a good idea... it better use for uncool as always. Salmon was good.
