今日好想食辣野,平時都要特登返大陸食,但今日比我發現原來屯門雅都都可以食到好正宗嘅麻辣菜式其實呢度大部份食物都可以揀辣同唔辣,先叫咗碗擔擔麵,唔好睇佢成碗橙色好似好辣咁,其實食落面頭嘅肉碎就只係小小辣,而湯底加咗少少花生醬,識落其實都唔會太啦前菜我哋仲試咗款醉雞雞肉係好冰凍好嫩滑,而且雞肉仲吸收晒酒嘅味道,所以我強烈推薦大家是呢款前菜餐廳嘅自選干鍋係需要最少揀四個餸嘅,我哋今次就揀咗蝦球、肥牛、豬皮、炸支竹配孜然粉一上枱已經俾佢嚇親,因為佢既份量真係好驚人,個碗係足足大過成塊面㗎,好似一個人食一大兜餸咁,估唔到孜然粉同配料可以夾架,唔食得辣嘅朋友可以一試終於到我嘅水煮鍋出場啦,配料就有雲耳、青瓜、午餐肉、牛肚豬腸、芽菜、粉皮、蒜蓉、辣椒、八角、花椒,辣度方面我就選咗中辣,唔好睇成本野咁紅,其實食得辣嘅朋友可以挑戰一下大辣
