I really think that they produce good quality soft serve gelato. As I said before, this parfait has a ginger element to it. But if you’re not a big fan of ginger, fret no more, because ‘injecting’ the citrus caramel sauce onto the honey ginger ice cream will completely tone down its spiciness and give your taste buds a play of flavor. It was so worth trying out. Worth mentioning too is the chrysanthemum poached pears that were very refreshing. I really like the honey jelly very much.
