It's the second year of Savouring Art and Exhibitions in the art month, March 2017! Botan Ebi Layers

Thinly sliced Botan Ebi Japanese prawn sitting on top of some finely diced mango and avocado. The combination is light and refreshing from all those fresh fruits especially when there are fresh passion fruit, and strawberry dressing served on the side.

Salmon Carpaccio 

Similarly, thin slices of salmon has its flavour awaken by Citrus with Passion Fruit and Mango Dressing. The salted salmon is a good pair with some Arugula leaves.

Scallop Pumpkin Soup

A whole piece of small pumpkin is used to hold this soup. The pumpkin soup is smooth with a thick consistency. The sweet taste from the chicken broth enhances the sweetness from the big piece of seared scallops hiding in the soup.

Poached Fish Nori Roll 

They are not sushi but some pieces of fish wrapping some nori with its surface rolled in Crusted Green Tea Cornflakes, served with Red Pepper Coulis. The light taste from the fish is an interesting combination with the slightly bitter green tea and the sweet pepper sauce.

Oolong Tea Icecream with Dango

Lastly, a phototgenic ice cream full of oriental taste because it is made with our beloved Oolong tea! A mini stick of dango is really colourful sitting on the side as they are flavoured with pumpkin, green tea, purple sweet potato.
