The overall ambience were pretty suitable for lunch gathering, dates, or business discussion, as the seating arrangement are spacious and neat.This dragon liked sushi was very creative, it used the idea of a prawn head and tail at the end of the dish, where in between were all the sushi with wrapped prawn meats in the middle. This dragon liked sushi was very creative, it used the idea of a prawn head and tail at the end of the dish, where in between were all the sushi with wrapped prawn meats in the middle. When I had the first bite, I think it was pretty crunchy and chewy at the same time, as the rice are mixed with the fillings, but don't know somehow when I had half of those sushis, I actually started to taste the re-used oil, it was actually quite pretty easy to tell whether those are re-used oil or not. At the end I have still finished up the whole plate, as that were my lunch, yet, when I finished half plate, I was already quite full.
Overall, I like the creativity of this dish, yet the oil has actually ruined the texture and taste of the prawns.
