Saw an interview with the owner so wanna support local business and try their famous roasted chicken leg, which I was told to wait for 30mins so I said ok and started to order other stuff. Couple minutes later the other owner offered a “slightly” over-roasted one such that I don’t needa wait. I asked if it’d be too dry so she showed me and I saw the burnt skin (which I’m fine coz I can skip the skin anyways) so I said yes and paid. Ends up the chicken leg was very dry and I regret not insisting

The other pork-based roll was OK thou. Disclaimer: I paid full price for the burnt chicken leg
