已經係第二次黎duck&waffle,上次試左佢啲signature dishes覺得都唔錯,今次更有驚喜! 前菜叫左鵝肝醬燉蛋,輕輕敲碎面層焦糖脆脆,混和好底層鵝肝醬再搽上檸檬甜餐包食,唔膩之餘仲多左一份清新感覺,口感綿滑入口即溶,鵝肝味道甘香,超級推薦🤩.鐘意黑松露既一定要叫佢地既意大利雲吞,醬汁濃稠度岩岩好,伴碟既炸乾蔥好提味;反而主打既waffle冇乜驚喜,相比之下比較普通.不過招牌duck&waffle果然冇令人失望,鴨髀油封慢煮10小時再炸至金黃色,肉質軟稔,配上鴨蛋黃同佢地秘製既芥末楓糖漿真係好夾! 如果waffle再鬆軟啲就更好.另外幾款食物都好好食但未話好驚艷,生牛肉他他係必點,調味做得好好!最有驚喜係beef fat potatoes,佢地將薯仔薄切好似層層疊咁再用牛油炸,鬆脆之餘充滿牛油香,口感都好特別,順帶一提佢地weekend有做$198 free flow,基本紅白酒、香檳、啤酒都包左,都幾抵飲~
