Le Marron 復古有格調的法國餐,前菜出色,甜品也很有驚喜Sogo百貨附近有好多正嘢食,今次泥到崇光對面渣甸坊,前少少嘅呢個英光大廈,深信好多人都會對呢間大廈有所認識,原因就係呢度有家幾知名嘅燒肉店,現以下呢一個咁唔顯眼嘅大廈裏面,有一間令到我覺得好喜愛同埋食物好驚喜嘅法國餐廳,唔單止食物高質素而且環境亦都係意想不到嘅復古和有情調。呢間餐廳原來開咗十幾年所以佢嘅裝修亦都十分之特別有復古味道,一個唔顯眼嘅門口裏便有好多唔同嘅裝飾同擺設最令我吸引嘅地方就係門口嘅隔離會有一個好靚好靚嘅舊鋼琴,至於內在嘅環境呢就係一種好家庭溫暖嘅感覺啊,另外就係佢哋枱同枱之間呢有啲活動式嘅簾遮擋,去令到間隔呢就更加明顯。咁樣客人只可以係呢一度享受一個好比較私隱度高嘅晚餐呀。特別喜歡一啲好特色嘅牆紙啦,其實因為而家已經越來越少見人或者家居或者餐廳會用了。行一個好愉快嘅朋友聚會裏,我食到好多唔同種類的嘢食,發現le Marron 一個特色,就係佢嘅前菜真係做得好食。我哋一行四人,食咗三個前菜,我哋係share食嘅第一個嚟到嘅就係一個好驚喜嘅全生牛肉,Beef Carpaccio with Mustard,

鮮嫩牛肉配上大概蛋黃製的醬汁,芝士同埋啲火箭菜,將牛肉混合芝士同火箭菜等等一齊黎食,完全唔覺得牛肉係全生,令我深信廚師處理嘅時候亦都別有用心,上台嘅時候唔完全冇血十月同滲血嘅問題,呢個生牛肉切得好薄,但係唔會冇咗牛肉的質感,望上去顏色同埋個設計上面都很高分。

日本刺身及嘅帶子,配上好爽脆鮮甜嘅蘆筍,上,再加上Black Truffle Hollandaise汁去焗,時帶子焗完出嚟之後就係半山熟嘅狀態小息戀戀地更加食得出大字嘅鮮甜口感,食落去好有層次,又比蛟龍嘅外層醬汁再配上爽甜嘅蘆筍中和最後就係清甜嘅帶子。

用上比較厚切嘅高級法國鵝肝,外脆內柔軟而且油份十分足夠,香味四溢,配上佢哋特製嘅焦糖蘋果粒同埋小小嘅黑醋,平衡佢嘅油膩感食完之後感覺口裏便有淡淡的蘋果同埋鵝肝香味。出色之作。
概括前菜方面值得欣賞嘅真係有好多,無論擺位設計同埋食物質素亦都好高,而另外一個吸引我嘅地方就係錢財普遍都係$150,實屬抵食之選,如果同朋友幾個人一齊飲番支白酒食下野傾傾計,都好正!

至於湯我就飲咗一個龍蝦湯,龍蝦湯用咗好多個鐘頭新鮮留滯所以龍蝦味十分自然濃郁,絕對唔係罐頭湯可以比較,可惜嘅係我覺得佢比較淡左少少,如果可以做得更加豐盈嘅湯底嘅話會更加出色
最主要因為當日同朋友來食嘢嘅時候我要減肥所以主菜方面我就唔係食咗好多我最後揀咗呢個黑毛豬。

Pan Fried Kurobuta Pork Chop with Black Pepper Sauce 點解香港人咁鍾意黑毛豬呢最主要嘅原因仔黑毛豬味道同肉質都比較濃厚嘅,而且黑毛豬一定就算全熟都會好嫩,而呢一度嘅黑毛豬做得好出色最主要嘅原因就係佢幾乎done 嘅情況之下亦都可以做到嫩滑。

等等嘅底層當然就係用蛋白同埋糖打成然之後放入焗爐做嘅蛋白餅啦另外雙層呢就會系忌廉同埋熱情果汁同埋水果等等,因為蛋白餅其實真係好甜架,所以我哋一定要配返少少酸酸地嘅食物去中和返個口感,呢度的蛋白餅就好出色好,未到調配得好剛剛,份量好大可以有好多人士啊!不過留意番嘅就係如果自己唔係好鍾意食甜野嘅話,呢就可能未必好叫,因為呢一個甜品都真係很高甜!

呢個係朋友侯家嘅所以我最後冇刻意留意番佢叫咩名,大概我就形容佢做一個長型嘅窩夫配對車厘子果醬,不過真係做得好出色,最主要嘅原因因為個窩夫唔會太甜然,配上新鮮製嘅車厘子將感覺呢就唔膩剛剛好嘅,點解我會話個車厘子再買新鮮仔呢因為我發現呢D車厘子呢系有啲真係好甜而有啲真係冇味喎,咁即係證明咗佢唔係用一對堂熱到嗰啲車厘子甜而係一啲好天然製作方法有本身車厘子嘅應有嘅味道,係呢一個大家都認為美中不足嘅問題中,我發現原來咁樣係仲滋味

留意番呢度自來酒水係唔需要收開瓶費架!
