Yesterday, I wandered into Paneezi, this amazing Italian bread specialist on High Park 99 in Sai Ying Pun, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint!First up, the Parma Panini This beauty was overflowing with 24-month aged Parma ham, creamy Brie, juicy tomato, peppery arugula, and a touch of truffle oil - all nestled between slices of their perfectly grilled Italian bread. First up, the Parma Panini
This beauty was overflowing with 24-month aged Parma ham, creamy Brie, juicy tomato, peppery arugula, and a touch of truffle oil
- all nestled between slices of their perfectly grilled Italian bread.
Each bite was a symphony of flavors and textures!

Next, I tried the Tuna Panini .
The house-made albacore tuna salad was so light and flavorful, and paired perfectly with the fresh tomato and the signature grilled bread.
So simple, yet so satisfying!
To complete the experience, I went for the Make it a Meal Combo (+35 HKD) and added a side of their Arugula Salad .
The arugula was fresh and peppery, balanced nicely by the roasted tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, with a delicious garlic balsamic dressing.
For those who crave some carbs, their French Fries are a MUST.
Thick cut, skin-on, and perfectly golden brown - the ideal dipping companion for any Panini!
Overall, Paneezi is a gem for anyone who loves delicious Italian bread and top-notch ingredients.
