at first I tought it's a chocolate mousse cake but the salesgirl told me that it's a Earl Grey Tea mousse cake. (never expect local cake shop selling this kind of cake)Outer - Glaze of dark chocolate1st layer - Earl grey tea mousse, not too sweet, very strong flavor of Earl grey tea.
