at first I tought it's a chocolate mousse cake but the salesgirl told me that it's a Earl Grey Tea mousse cake. 1st layer - Earl grey tea mousse, not too sweet, very strong flavor of Earl grey tea. Taste NICE!
2nd layer - Creme brulee, a bit too sweet but still good when matching with dark choco
3rd layer - white chocolate mousse, match well with the tea mousse
generally, it tastes good, at least better than classic black forest cake

ps. staff is super friendly and very keen on introducing the product
