Being sausage lovers ourselves, we have been looking forward to its opening since we heard of this place.

We came on one of the first nights the place's open for business unofficially. The decor's simple and clean. Vast dining area with the prep area/kitchen at the back.

Menu's straight-forward - around 10 or so sausage variety to choose from, and you have to pick the type of buns (2 types), mustards, and a list of various condiments. They also have other sausage-theme dishes such as breakfast, sausage with mash, or sausage platter with sauerkraut. We picked one called gruyere and the other called portabello - both sausage made and grilled to perfection. Crispy skin, flavorful, juicy, and all that, which can be summed up with 3 words - YUM!

They have a rather limited drink list right now - soda, coffee, a decent line-up of Belgium beers and wines. Delicate trappist beers certainly match well with delicately-flavored sausages Brat's offering, and they are quite reasonably priced.

I have to say we left this restaurant feeling so satisfied and content, and what a simply yet absolutely delicious meal we had!! If you love a good piece of sausage, don't just come - RUN before this place's packed with ppl.
