I went in at roughly 12:07pm and ordered two lunch sets, with add-ons. My friend and I waited for half an hour and asked where our meal was, as the table next to ours came in a lot later than us and already got theirs. The waiter didn't know anything and just looked at us and walked off. We asked on three occasions, and each time they said they'll check, yet they just stood there and didn't check.At 12:40pm, we asked again and said we've been waiting for so long and have asked to cancel the orde
At 12:40pm, we asked again and said we've been waiting for so long and have asked to cancel the order or change the order to take out. They kept saying it was coming, and the waiter went through the rubbish bin next to him, looking for the paper, where he wrote our order down.
After waiting for another 15 minutes, one plate came, and it wasn't warm. Despite us asking for take away, he continued to serve us with dishwear.
Second, after each dish came out, we had asked for them to pack each one. We asked for the bill and checked that they had actually written our order incorrect, and did not include any of the add-ons we asked for.
At the end, they still got our order wrong and made us wait for a full hour, with no apologies.
When we checked the receipt, we saw that they actually placed the order at 12:41pm. So, they never took our order in the first place.
We left with the incorrect order and fully charged bill.
Other Info. :
Worst team management I have ever seen. You can hear the manager yelling and degrading each staff member on the floor, in front of customers. No wonder they have no work morale to work harder.
All of them should not be working in a service industry, but should change the restuarant to just a stall with take-out.
