We planned to have tea after our early lunch and while walking around Central for taking photos of graffiti, we chanced upon this small cafe and was attracted by the presentation of the food they offered. Rose latte - It was served in a round tempered glass, so that we will not feel hot when holding onto it. Latte was smooth and milky, with strong coffee taste. Some rose petal bits were placed on top of the coffee, thus having a light scent of rose when drank together.
Everything toast - Since most of their brunch consisted of avocado and they were famous for it, we decided to order a dish that have it. Avocado was sliced and made into a shape of rose, presented nicely in the plate. It was buttery and creamy. Smoked salmon was fatty and flavourful, which was placed on top of the toast, which was crispy. Cream cheese and chives was spread on the toast, which helped to add some flavour on the toast. Beet hummus was placed on the side to dip onto it, which was sweet and pistachio dukkah was placed on top of the hummus too.
Their handcrafted gelato rose was too hard to resist, which was beautiful and made into a shape of rose. We ordered strawberry flavour, which was sour and refreshing, good for strawberry lovers.
