原來逸東樓下嘅Food Hall已經裝修完,多左好多新餐廳,今日就黎食屹立好耐嘅Superdon Express。角切魚生丼($88)八爪魚、呑拿魚、三文魚、沙甘魚同玉子嘅角切魚生丼,跟餐配麵豉湯同中華沙律。新鮮魚肉大大粒,同份量超多嘅壽司飯,加埋醬油同wasabi,好快就清左成碗!肥牛壽喜燒($138)佐敦店限定嘅壽喜燒總共有有和牛、肥牛、豚肉同雞扒4款,今次食左肥牛壽喜燒,無論肉量同配菜嘅份量都幾多,配菜就有娃娃菜、洋蔥、大蒜、香菇、金針菇、紅蘿蔔,非常豐富。壽喜燒湯底好香甜醬油味,半熟嘅肥牛蘸生蛋液,口感更滑更嫩,絕對係perfect match!另外加$10白飯就可以升級做稻庭烏冬,暖暖嘅烏冬可以加落湯變湯烏冬,又或者撈芝麻醬食都好正!係Eaton Food Hall食到性價比高又高質既魚生丼同壽喜燒,一定要推薦比朋友!
