After medical appointment, I brought my mother to lunch in North Point. We ordered two lunch sets with drinks and dessert. The Hainan chicken with fragrant rice was tasty. The chicken was tender and juicy, but not too fat. The water melon soup accompanying the rice was light and thirst quenching. Yellow curry beef brisket with rice was well cooked and deliciously sweet with potatoes, onion and green pepper. The dessert and drinks of the sets were nice. I especially liked the iced lime soda
We ordered another lunch set for take away. Same as dine in, the restaurant also charged 10% service charge for take away.
To our disappointment, the restaurant forgot to provide dessert for the take away set. They only rectified it in response to our question. We think the restaurant has room for improvement in its service and quality control though we were generally content with the food.
