This tendon joint has been here for a year and I am finally here to try it out. Not a big fan of tendon since I always think the two are not a match. They cannot create the magic of 1 + 1 greater than 2. I actually love this one better with less rice but a delightful udon. The udon was chewy and cool that somehow balanced off the heaviness of tempura. Just a right pairing. And this option is actually a lot more value-for-money. Do try this if you are not particularly into anago😉
