Egg white and e-fu noodles

Tried the choi pong hae e-fu noodles which is basically e-fu noodles topped with scrambled egg white that resembles crabmeat.It was a bit bland and the egg white was too oily for my liking but there was lots of prawn in it.The noodles were ok but tasteless.
