My second stop of eating in Kwai Chung Plaza and it’s time for some desserts. The shop is famous for their soufflé pancakes and eggettes. I ordered their No.1 eggette which was the matcha mochi eggette and earl grey soufflé pancakes.The matcha mochi eggette was ready first as the preparation time for the soufflé pancakes was longer. The soufflé pancakes were served after 20minutes of waiting. They added lots of earl grey and it tasted really good as I’m an earl grey fan! But the pancakes weren’t what I like. The texture was kinda like half baked, not the soufflé pancake that I like. Not much flavour of egg, and a bit too moist. Would prefer it to cook for another 5 minutes.
