• Staff did not attempt to maximise any sale, many sales opportunities were missed
• The service style & patterns used were beyond basic. Missing many minor tasks such as removing excess glasses from he tables that were clearly not in use
• Staff were not using zoning techniques to equally spread the team around the floor. This meant that customers had to make extra effort for ordering etc. This happened multiple times during the visit
