今晚又一次同朋友到Lab Eat食晚餐了,超開心,因之前食過一次感覺好好,於是再來一次。而今晚叫了個set dinner for 2,包括starter、appetiser、soup、main course、dessert及3款wines!今次starter每人有2隻生蠔,生蠔相當新鮮,非常飽滿juices,而且都頗大隻。肉質結實好爽,入口有一股淡淡的蠔香味,而且帶有少少海水咸味,吱少少檸檬汁更能提高生蠔的鮮味,好正!係呢個時間就飲第一杯香檳,感覺好fresh!而Appetiser有兩款,分別係玫瑰煙三文魚配蕃茄水牛芝士沙律及法式黑松露香草焗田螺。首先係玫瑰煙三文魚配蕃茄水牛芝士沙律,煙三文魚唔係太咸,帶淡淡的煙燻咸香味。而水牛芝士質感煙煙韌韌,但咬落好軟身好滑,帶出淡淡的芝士香味,味道唔係太濃。而沙律菜就好新鮮爽口,加上黑醋汁,味道酸酸的十分開胃。呢個係法式黑松露香草焗田螺,擺盤好靚。田螺焗得剛剛好,唔會乾晒仲好juices,而且肉質好爽口。味道方面一食落口好重黑松露味,但慢慢帶出香草味,兩者match埋令田螺更惹味,令我呢個唔係咁食田螺既人都覺得好食。係田螺下仲有又幼滑又香甜的薯仔
