Le Q is a classy restaurant with 5 floors located in Sheung Wan. Dark ambience. Maine lobster bisque
The bowl was brought out with a single chunk of lobster. The soup was then poured at the table ceremoniously. The bisque was the right creamy consistency. The freshness of the lobster came through.
Crisp Amadai fillet
One of my favourite dishes so far. Beautifully crispy skin (specifically scale) with squids, green peas & ink sauce.
Tiramisu with coconut sorbet
Homemade tiramisu where the coconut sorbet stood out. A touch of sweet gave a mature finish to the meal.
The 4 courses dinner set costs $480, which is medium-priced in my decent dinner taxonomy. The quality and services are worth the price. Most classy restaurants price their dinner sets at $700-800. I wish to explore more restaurants at similar price range and quality as Le Q.
