To celebrate family reunion, we came to this place for the long-awaited sukiyaki. The dining experience was divine: the service was attentive and the sukiyaki, which come with different parts of the A4 Shiga beef were out of this world. It started with Ribeye, sirlon and ended with clod. Our chef tonight said the taste would get stronger and stronger which was very accurate. He also reminded us not to dip in egg for the ribeye as it might affect the texture. But I dipped it in anyway coz i love
It started with Ribeye, sirlon and ended with clod. Our chef tonight said the taste would get stronger and stronger which was very accurate. He also reminded us not to dip in egg for the ribeye as it might affect the texture. But I dipped it in anyway coz i love how smooth the texture will become.
Look at that!
We also ordered the beef tongue! Different texture! Strongly recommend!
Even the tofu and mushroom could impress us as well as they absorbed the essence of the meat!
The fried egg was fluffy and rich in flavour. Little did we expect how full we would become at the end of the meal.
It’s always nice to end a meal with dessert. It definitely helps clear the greasy palate.
Not only did they pay attention to the quality of the meat, they did focus on the presentation as well. The chef instructed us to have the tempura first for this appetiser.
This was the second dish in case you wonder what was included in the set.
If you are still feeling hungry, you could order extra on top of your set as well. But for us, the set was definitely more than enough!
6 of us ordered 6 sets along with one bottle of sake. We paid for $58xx. Not bad for a decent sukiyaki in Central. Save us from travelling to Japan!
Would definitely want to visit this place again!
I am tempted to try their omakase as well!
But the chef said there would be 4 more dishes before the start of the sukiyaki. Could I handle that? I am not sure but one would never know the result unless one tries!
