Ciao Chow - Italian Cafeteria (Closed)

Very confusing policy to offer discount and complimentary desserts to university staff in your outlet in Festival Walk. Ordered two sets of set lunch today (weekday) and was told the complimentary dessert was only served alongside an a-la-carte order, which was contrary to your terms and conditions in U Card. This has happened to us more than 5 times within these 6 months. Different policies at different times with different diners I went with.
