Having to settle dinner alone tonight and sudden craving for ramen, I went to the popular ramen restaurant near my place. Hokkaido supreme creamy prawn soup ramen - The chef was generous with the portion, with those ingredients filling up almost the whole bowl. There were alot of ingredients in it such as sliced pork, crab meat, soft boiled egg, sakura shrimps, bamboo shoot and sliced fungus etc. Prawn soup was creamy and slightly thick in texture, rich in flavour and having strong prawn broth taste. Ramen was cooked till chewy and crab meat was sweet and juicy. Sliced pork was chewy and soft boiled egg was very soft and smooth. Sakura shrimps helped to make the soup even more flavourful.
Grilled chicken cartilages - It was grilled till very chewy and crunchy, salty in taste.
Grilled minced chicken - It was grilled till very chewy and juicy, absorbing the essence of the marinated sauce. It was crunchy as well, due to those minced soft bones in it too.
Matcha jelly was served cool, and was very chewy. It has strong matcha taste as alot of matcha powder was added onto it.
