I went to meet some friends and we had one of the worst dining experiences in Hong Kong. Everything was absurdly dry and over cooked. this is a restaurant that wants to get people in with good presentation but can't back it up with flavors. I have no doubt that the products the cooks are being asked to work with are poor quality as the prices suggest better food than is given.
