Everything were too salty

We ordered a few things and everything were too salty..There was only congee before, now they sell normal dishes in upper floor..We ordered a oyster congee. Half portion was much enough for four people. .We thought Sichuan chicken should be with sauce etc. Did not expected that it was kong style flies chicken. It was not too spicy, a bit dry.
