a new Chinese Restaurant at convenience location of Wan Chai. polite and enthusiastic staff in the cozy environment making you relaxation and enjoyable.we tried some of signature foods on their menu, and they were remarkable. Special recommendations:花膠醃篤鮮：this is a typical soup from Shanghai cuisine, with the ham, bamboo shoot, tofu skin, especially, they added花膠 in the soup，this soup was authentic taste, tI thought they did not add any seasoning 金一刀义燒：the pork is the part of around the back

金一刀义燒：the pork is the part of around the back neck of pig, as it was too attractive, my buddies cleared the dish immediately once placed on the table. I only tried one piece with fatty meat, it was tasty but not oily.
