Excellent restaurant with very tasty food

I was invited to Tai Mei Tuk by some friends, we had a very bicycle riding trip there. I was invited to Tai Mei Tuk by some friends, we had a very bicycle riding trip there. This restaurant which in English known as “Café de country Art” caught our eyes to be a comfortable and pleasant area.

The dinner we had there was outstandingly well cooked. I think especially thank the quality and fresh ingredients which are nowadays the most important part when comes to judge whether a restaurant is worth going.

 This Indian Lobster with white truffle is in massive size, with a great deal of flesh in them, the little Indian pancake surrounded. It's fresh and yet creamy, the pancakes act as a nice company in add to the whole flavor of the dish.

 We wanted something light after a whole day of exercise, fish the other favorite. We had Pan Fried Fresh fish with Lemon Butter Sauce. We were told that the dish is made from FRESH fish. It was indeed very fresh and tender. Lemon butter sauce is the highlight of  this dish, it brights up the flavor of the seafood, and the vegetable besides separately roasted which gives more layers of taste to this particular dish, a great success combination, really loved it!

 Fresh Clams in garlic cream sauce and white wine is the kind of dish which cannot go wrong, as long as you put fresh and decent ingredients inside. The sauce they put in is extremely creamy and tasty along with some truly fresh and meaty clams,  this combination is hard to unwanted, so almost immediately they've gone....

 We also had fried rice and  Creme Brulee to finish the meal. The hardness of the rice was just alright, you could tell that they prepared the rice with great attention on the details. The creme brulee is excellent, it's warm underside with a very thick caramel on the top, the flavor of caramel comes together with eggs in the form of the cream, made it a great dessert to end a very satisfying dinner.  

This restaurant is a great find, I think I will come again when next time visiting this quite and very balanced area.
