I love Applegreen. Not too many places in HK that pays reasonable attention to salads as a raison d'être, i.e. centerpiece of meal, (California Pizza Kitchen is another I can think of) with value for money. Had the Fiber and the Monte Carlo (on different occasions).This location has changed their menu so sadly these delicious salads are no longer available! They now have this salad bar + optional mains for lunch and dinner. Looking forward to giving it a try!
