Came here with my girlfriend on a Saturday night, we reached around 8:30pm and there were still plenty of seats available. However the whole Discovery Bay was relatively quiet that weekend, which was surprising since it’s the weekend before Christmas. Anyway, we we weren’t too hungry so we just ordered chicken fajitas and mussels to share. We also got a bottle of wine. We were going to order the Shiraz, but the waitress (or manager? Not sure) warned us that the taste of Shiraz will be quite intense. So I proceeded to ask her which red wine she would recommend based on the food we ordered. She gave us lots of recommendations and in the end let us try different types before we ordered. And throughout the night she was super friendly and attentive, checking up on us to make sure we were okay. Such lovely service really made our date night, on top of the excellent food. Thanks! We’ll be back!
