, which I thought was not a good sign. oh boy was I wrong.

my wife ordered a blood sausage which was served with freshly baked baguette and plain butter. I, myself, ordered a medium rare rib eye steak with a side of mashed potatoes.

the sausage was hot and tasty. the consistency was rather creamy. I did like it, but would rather advice to get this sausage chilled.

the rib eye was spot on. very much the perfect steak I always wanted to eat in hong kong. the steak was just seasoned with salt and nothing else. I thought this was just perfect. according to the owner Raul the meat comes exclusively from Argentina.

the mashed potatoes was rather on the salty side but otherwise very good.
