I commented on the many big pieces of fish. Manager said our fish weighed 3.5斤。Unfortunately, no photo of the whole fish.

福卅炒饭- another pleasant surprise. Fragrant with all the ingredients. Texture of rice was good. Even DietGoddess sitting next to me finished everything in her bowl.

As dessert: 合桃露- again, filled with ingredients. I commented I didn’t like all the 蓮子 half-filing my bowl and got rebuffed by everyone cos apparently they were super yummy.

In summary: fun nite. Scrumptious meal. Excellent value for money. (Ard $400 pp.) Most memorable tho was the bottle of 2007 Conseillante 😋😋😋.
