Bacalao Croquettes $78
Bacalao is blended perfectly with the creamy potato and covered in golden crispy breadcrumb shell. These little bacalao croquettes are fluffy and melt in the mouth. A little bit of mayonnaise makes the fish croquette a tasty appetiser!

Pluma Miniburger $82
The Iberico pork pluma covered in Chinese hoisin sauce is so tender and juicy. The white bun is soft and slightly sweet in taste. This fusion miniburger is creative and surprisingly delicious!

Padron Pepper $72
I love the flavour of pepper especially with the accomplishment of fried garlic. We are a big fan of fried garlic so we asked for more, we are so happy when the restaurant manager Jerry brings us a small dish of fried garlic!

Scallop Carpaccio $88
Scallop is fresh and presented beautifully with citrus granita flaky ice and yuzu sauce. This is so refreshing!

Seafood Paella $208 for two
This is the best seafood paella I have ever had (much better than those I had in Spain). Clams and prawns are exquisitely fresh. The rice has a slightly darker colour than the usual paella with a yellowish colour of saffron. The rice has fully soaked up the seafood stock and i think it tastes like a rich lobster bisque. This is just perfect!

There are many choices of tapas on the menu which are so attractive. I am looking forward to visit again next time!
