[Green Tea Mash]

peachy.foodie rating: ***** (5/5)

If you are curious but caution at the same time, this is the perfect choice. Sake, Vodka Lemon Juice & Mint is the classic combination, mix together with Green-tea makes it become special & refreshing. It's definitely a everybody's choice

[Pasabi]

peachy.foodie rating: ***** (5/5)

I'm the one who goes for extreme, so I have no doubt to choose this want I read WASABI on the drink menu. Yes, believe it or not, it's wasabi in the cocktail with sake, Nakano Umeshu, apricot brandy, apple juice & lemon juice. It was surprising sweet & approachable becoz of all the juice & plum wine, while the wasabi is still very outstanding. Truly exotic. Highly recommended.

Bonus point is it's served with dry ice smoke effect, which is very cool & practically keep the drink chilled for an hour.

We spotted some strange bottles on the top of the bar. And we were very surprised to know those are home made fruit sake!

[Pineapple Sake]

peachy.foodie rating: ***** (5/5)

It smell very pleasant and tasted mild, slightly sweet. I was expecting some kind of liquor, eventually it wasn't like traditional sake for uncles but for perfect for ladies. It is an interesting choice, would like to try other flavour - strawberry, lemon leaf & KLK - as well

Food are exceptionally good among bars. There is a Japanese style Kushi stall, so you know they prepare food as seriously as they offer drinks. There are plenty of choices Japanese Kushi, some sushi, fish & udon too, so we didn't need to find another place for a proper dinner.

[Chicken Stick]

A mixture of minced chicken & cartilage, so it's tender & crunchy at the same time. I appreciate how do the bar attended to details. With the raw egg, the sticks are more intense and buttery, both the taste and texture became more complex.

[Vegetable Udon]

I'm so happy to have a healthy choice in the bar, vegetable are fresh, udon is bouncy. It's nice to have some warm food if u start to drink early with empty stomach.

[Grilled Eel]

It's crispy outside and juicy inside, restaurant quality! Instead of serving it a whole, the eel is cut into bite sizes, good for share and perfect to go along with drinks.

We had a enjoyable night in OZU. Creative cocktails, homemade sake, good music, trendy decoration, restaurant quality food, friendly staffs... make it my new favourite bar.
