The fresh Italian mozzarella was served with sourdough, arugula, pesto, and semi-dried tomatoes for a refreshing contrast, then garnished with polka dots of balsamic reduction and homemade beetroot aioli; while the piping hot bun was filled with Japanese mushrooms and served on top of scrambled Japanese ran-oh eggs with sliced winter truffles.

The pasta was inspired by Kusama’s iconic Pumpkin artworks, lusciously done with an al dente pasta cooked in a creamy pumpkin sauce and topped with succulent scallops; while the meaty Iberico pork tenderloin was served with sweet and nutty brussels sprouts and polka dots of smokey harissa sauce.
