Was so excited to try their impossible char siu..sadly it fell veryyyy short on my expectations. This looks nothing like the one on the poster!From the poster, the char siu looks juicy, but in reality, it was a crumbly dry piece of soy that was overly seasoned. I tried eating one bite of the impossible meat with more rice, but it still did not go down well. Impossible burgers taste a lot better than this
