My dessert was the Crème Caramel ($109+10%), it was sort of a caramel pudding served with a scoop of tea favour ice-cream. The caramel pudding was really bad, it had a sweet plus burnt taste and no caramel taste at all, taste like the pudding was overcooked and burnt, I could not eat it after the first bite… The tea ice-cream was okay and nothing special, there was only a hint of tea favour.

My friend ordered the Mango Crumble ($109+10%) and I tried some, it was also something like a mango jelly/pudding served with a scoop of tea favour ice-cream. The taste of the mango jelly/pudding was normal, better than my caramel pudding in a way that it was edible although nothing special.

For the 1837 Tea set ($138+10%), the 2 scones were not only tiny (smaller than a “ping-pong ball”), they were tasteless (we can only conclude that they taste sweet, no buttery or eggy taste…) and were also very dry, they fell into crumbs when I tried to cut them in half… the TWG Tea jelly was not of our taste and both of us think it taste artificial and with not much tea favour (taste like medical syrup to us…), the whipped cream is ok (I can’t think of how whipped cream can be not ok though…). The T4025 Jasmine Queen Tea we chose taste like normal Chinese Jasmine tea, nothing special, and the potion was barely enough for the two of us to have a cup each…

Overall, TWG 1837 was too pricey and not worth the money, you could have spent the amount with desserts way better nearby.
