As I have said, NORMAL cream is hard to get in HONG KONG without being spiked with sugar and whatever weird stuff they put into it.Anyway, I saw this cream roll at A1 bakery and Das Gute, which was launched to celebrate some 30 year thing. If you look at the roll, there is evidently so much more cream than the cake itself. The cream was really good as expected in Hong Kong standards, but just ordinary cream in the UK because you can just get some milk from the supermarket and whip it yourself.I di

The cream was really good as expected in Hong Kong standards, but just ordinary cream in the UK because you can just get some milk from the supermarket and whip it yourself.
I didn’t expect much of the cake because it was just the typical sponge cake.
What I really regretted was getting some decent scones for the excess cream so I wasted quite a bit of it because there was too much cream.
Frankly $138 is quite expensive for a roll consisting of 80% cream.
